Your role as Content Marketer
As Content Marketer:
You are the go-to person for every touchpoint across our customer journey.
You lead our content strategy, bringing real-time market developments to life across the right channels, whether that’s a blog, flyer, social post, newsletter, event, or video.
You’ll be the driving force behind how Shypple shows up in the market: credible, clear, and always customer-first.
You work with other teams (such as Sales, Account Management, and Procurement) to collect the right input and knowledge.
Your work will increase brand trust, drive engagement, and support commercial growth.
You’ll use AI and other tools to personalize, scale, and optimize our content—boosting impact across all marketing efforts.
In short: you’re not just telling stories — you’re helping shape the future of digital freight forwarding.
Regular activities
Collaborate closely with other teams to stay aligned on industry trends and identify the key challenges faced by different customer segments.
Lead the customer communication efforts, including rate updates, market trend reports, and strategic newsletters.
Produce, film, and edit engaging customer story videos that showcase real experiences.
Manage and continually grow the reach and impact of our social media channels, such as YouTube and LinkedIn.
Design and implement campaign and content strategies that build thought leadership, reinforce social proof, and nurture interest from prospects.
Monitor and interpret global and regional industry developments—transforming complex changes into clear, actionable insights for customers.

Job requirements
We ask
Most importantly - a curious & proactive mindset. You’re eager to learn, take ownership, and bring fresh ideas to life—comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
Experience: 0–2 years in marketing, content creation, or communications—ideally in B2B or logistics-related roles, but a strong curiosity for global trade matters most.
Creative storyteller: You have a sharp eye for messaging and a passion for turning complex topics into clear, engaging content that resonates.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English and Dutch, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt the tone of voice for different audiences and channels.
Fast learner: You pick up new tools, trends, and industry insights quickly and translate them into relevant content that keeps our customers informed and engaged.
Tech-savvy: Experience or willingness to use AI and marketing tools to personalize, scale, and optimize content efficiently is a big plus.
Nice to have:
Background or interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
Business proficiency in Spanish or German.
Familiarity with HubSpot, SEO best practices, and video production.
