Your role as Recruiter
The goal of the Recruiter is to attract qualified and engaged talents aligned with the company’s strategy to facilitate and support extensive and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for growing our employer brand and ensuring a one-of-a-kind, scalable recruitment process to attract the right talent. You will make sure we are on top of mind with all professionals when it comes to digital freight forwarding. The focus will primarily be on Sales, Customer Success, Tech and Operations positions, and less frequently procurement, Finance, Legal and HR.

What you’ll be doing

  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment cycle from A to Z (e.g. writing job vacancies, vacancy intakes, sourcing, screening and interviewing);

  • Developing a comprehensive Recruitment Strategy for the Benelux with the team;

  • You are the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the recruiting process;

  • Coordinating the process with hiring managers and the hiring teams and you provide them with advice;

  • Creating great Shypple candidate experiences.

But, important not to forget, is that we encourage you to grow with the company and within your role, so who knows what role you could have in a year or two - as we are continually growing in our journey towards ‘world domination’.


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or communication;

  • 3+ years of experience with full life cycle recruitment experience. Preferably in a high-growth or high-volume industry;

  • You are warm and open - you know exactly how to trigger people in the right way at the right time;

  • You have experience with interviewing and know different interview techniques;

  • You perfectly know how to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders;

  • You are the king/queen of communication - both written and verbally (Dutch and English required);

  • You are living in The Netherlands, within travelling distance from Rotterdam.
