Your role as office manager Intern
As our new Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, with the full responsibility for all-round office management. You will make sure that all ‘Shypplers’ love going to the office and all the visitors leave with the smile on their faces. As part of your role you will also help our HR team. This makes the role an all-round position with a lot of opportunity for growth.

Regular activities

  • First point of contact for visitors, candidates and suppliers.
  • Manage our suppliers related to office equipment, cleaning, facilities and building maintenance.
  • Manage our lease cars (contracts, maintenance, invoices, fees).
  • Inventory Management: groceries, office supplies, IT & Hardware.
  • Provide all-round support to our HR team (admin, onboarding).

Requirements

We ask

  • Studying a degree in Facility management, Office Management or similar.
  • Fluent in Dutch (required) and English.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5 or 6 months.
  • You are hands-on, detail-focused and love organizing and fixing ‘things’.

This is an internship position based at our office in Rotterdam.
