Your Shypple Journey

As an inside sales coordinator, you will work at the heart of Shypple’s inbound sales & procurement activities. You will join a team of three outside sales coordinators together with whom you manage to reach ambitious but clear sales goals.
The purpose of your job is to make the outside sales coordinators be as effective and efficient as possible in their acquisition activities and make sure that as a sales team we reach our targets.


What you need to build your Shypmarine:

  • Inside Sales:  you will be responsible to quote on incoming requests, setting out a request for quotations at our suppliers and be responsible for transferring accepted quotes to operations.

  • Preparation for Acquisition: You will help the sales team to gather leads and work together with sales to acquire these customers.

You are a commercially driven and ambitious and you have experience in sales and customer service in a similar Ocean/Air Forwarding or shipping company.
You know how to handle the responsibility of managing customers expected volumes on relevant tradelines. You find team cooperation easy and you are able to align with other team members inside and outside your sales team.
You know how to work in a fast-growing and collaborative startup environment; where your strong English verbal and written communication skills will be needed.
