Your role as Growth Marketer 
In this role you are part of the marketing team. As a growth marketer you will work at the heart of Shypple’s inbound, content driven business strategy. At Shypple we do things differently and we want to build the best brand and marketing strategy logistics has ever seen.

What you'll be doing

  • Strategize and build lead generation capability;
  • Strategize and build a nurturing program;
  • Strategize and build a retention and upsell program;
  • Deliver high performance across the full funnel, from awareness to loyalty, by working with stakeholders (e.g. campaign, content & web teams);
  • Create best-in-class analytics & measurement setup to support data-informed decisions;
  • Identify and execute opportunities for growth.


What you'll bring

  • A proven track record in b2b growth marketing/performance marketing within a start-up or scale-up;
  • Excellent copywriting skills;
  • A data-informed approach to lead acquisition, nurturing and retention;
  • Positive mindset and open to learning a lot and do things differently;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
