Your role as Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager
In this role you are the first point of contact for your group of customers throughout their life cycle. At Shypple everything revolves around customer satisfaction and happiness, you will build strong relationships with customers ensuring successful deployment of the Shypple platform and services. In this role you help our customers accelerate the value they get out of the product and work closely with them in designing and executing success plans to ensure their logistics objectives are met. It is the customer success manager’s mission to add value throughout the customer lifecycle to drive successful renewals, contract expansion and advocacy.

What you'll be doing

  • You are the first point of contact for your group of customers;
  • Onboarding new customers;
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of our solution;
  • Prepare and educate clients on new features and releases;
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of our product and team;
  • Optimize the commercial outcomes of your accounts.

Requirements

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within logistics or the shipping industry;
  • You are data-driven and rigorous;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch;
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and you love working with people;
  • Quick learner and can work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment;
  • Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills.
