Your role as Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager
In this role you are the first point of contact for your group of customers throughout their life cycle. At Shypple everything revolves around customer satisfaction and happiness, you will build strong relationships with customers ensuring successful deployment of the Shypple platform and services. In this role you help our customers accelerate the value they get out of the product and work closely with them in designing and executing success plans to ensure their logistics objectives are met. It is the customer success manager’s mission to add value throughout the customer lifecycle to drive successful renewals, contract expansion and advocacy.
What you'll be doing
"The Shypple way" is increasingly creating interest in the national and international press (Quote, Supply Chain Magazine, Payoneer, Wired) and radio (BNR). The magnificent growth is also recognized by various nominations: Sprout - Startup of the year, EU-Startups - Dutch Startups to Watch in 2019 and Sprout - Challenger50 in 2020.
